The meaning of semi-proportional that will be used for this page is that a voting method passes a weak form of PSC. This means any voting method passing the Proportional (Ideological) Representation Criterion (i.e. most cardinal PR methods) is at least semi-proportional. All proportional voting methods are at least semi-proportional.
