MediaWiki is the site software for Electowiki, and has been since Electowiki's creation in 2005.

Also, once upon a time, Electowiki had a custom extension installed called "Electowidget". User:RobLa keeps dabbling with the idea of reviving Electowidget, but as 2020-05-16, it doesn't work with the version of MediaWiki that Miraheze has installed.
