Vote-for-2, Vote-for-two, or Choose-2, is a form of Limited Approval.
Each voter may vote for a maximum of two candidates. All votes are tallied together.
Vote-for-2 reduces the spoiler effect in the simplest way possible. This simplicity should make Vote-for-2 an achievable reform.
Vote-for-2 would be useful in a fully-open, or nonpartisan primary that would qualify three or four finalists.
