Quoting from the article:

Binary independence is a condition in Arrow's theorem.
The Binary Independence condition requires that in determining the A vs. B outcome, we cannot consider the voter's preferences for B vs. C or C vs. A.

Given these two things, it seems this could be made a section in either the Arrow's Theorem article or the IIA article, with a link made from the one that it's not made a section of to it. BetterVotingAdvocacy (talk) 18:37, 20 March 2020 (UTC)
