Current favorite Condorcet completion method is Tournament[[Definite VotingMajority (no page yet):Choice]].
* Ranked or Graded Ballot with approval cutoff, or derive order from Cardinal Ratings.
* Sort candidates in descending order of Total Approval or Cardinal Rating.
* Move a candidate upward while it successively defeats all higher-seeded candidates above it, and only after those candidates have themselves moved upwards as much as possible.
The final order is the social ordering.
Also known as Approval-seeded Bubble Sort.
Equivalent (I think) to Ranked Pairs with defeats ordered according to the total approval (or total Cardinal Rating) of the victor.
Also equivalent to successively eliminating least-approved candidates and recalculating the Smith Set until only one candidate remains in the Smith Set.
