I've been trying to refine some references in [[Uncovered_set]], and a few journal articles lack DOI/ISSN numbers and Citer happens not to work on them. :: I don't know. I suspect it's something we can fix locally, but I haven't figure out how yet. I think there are several types of IDs it doesn't work for.
