I can your identity based on the other "Toby" I know from online discussions about electoral reform (e.g. on [[EM-list]]), but I have no idea if my guess would be correct. Regardless, I'm glad to see an editor that [[User:Homunq]] seemed to invite many years ago. Please read [[User:RobLa/Welcome]] if you haven't already, since I would like all editors to read that before editing too much. Also, I see that you created a new "[[COWPEA]]" article for a method that isn't yet notable, and there doesn't seem to be any online discussions of the method linked to from the article. I think I will recommend moving that page to "[[User:Toby/COWPEA]]" until you get a chance to drum up interest in the method in a notable forum (e.g. on [[EM-list]]).
