Not sure about him being "the first". Weber and Merrill were doing these computer simulations in the 70s and 80s, while Smith got into them in the 90s? Social Utility Efficiency (VSE) is from 1984. — Psephomancy (talk) 22:17, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
