Summary
DescriptionSTAR Voting sample ballot.png
English: This is a sample STAR Voting ballot. The ballot itself is identical to a Score Voting ballot, with scores ranging from 0 to 5. Unlike Score Voting, the winner in SRV is computed using both the summed cardinal utilities of the candidates as well as the implicit preference order between the top two highest scoring candidates. Of the two highest-scoring candidates overall, the winner is the one given a higher score by more voters.
