Harmonic voting is a score conversion of Proportional approval voting by use of the Kotze-Pereira transformation. It passes both the additive and multiplicative versions of Scale invariance as well as Independence of Irrelevant Ballots, unlike many other conversions. Its sequential version is known as Sequential proportional score voting.
