Reweighted range voting: Difference between revisions

Changing rename request. Now I want to rename this article to "Reweighted range voting", so that we can make inline links to "reweighted range voting" (because the first letter of articles on English Wikipedia is case-insensitive). I also made the article lede something SLIGHTLY more likely to be accepted by English Wikipedia

"Reweighted range voting", (also possibly referred to as Reweightedreweighted score voting) is one of many proportional score voting]] systems. It is a multi-member system (and a variant on score voting system) designed as a natural extension of the Webster or Jefferson Method to a Multimulti-Membermember Systemsystem. If two-level score (i.e. "approval voting") ballots are used then it reduces to sequential proportional approval voting ("SPAV"). It is therefor one of the three extensions of SPAV to score ballots along with Sequentialsequential proportional score voting and Singlesingle distributed vote.
