Line 1:
oops! Criterion 1 looked out of place to me. A long sentence whereas the others were a couple of words. Then I looked at what you had done. You (Dan K) have created pages with the word Criterion as part of the page name! I think that that is a logical and/or structural mistake, IMHO. I'm too tired to explain better now, it has just struck me as I was about to call it a night. Wegerje 21:07, 16 Mar 2005 (PST)

:Actually, I imported pages from Wikipedia with page names like Favorite Betrayal criterion, monotonicity criterion, etc. I created headers with the word "Criterion" in them on this page. Is that what you meant? By the way, I think we should define a CSS class for election model notation in Mediawiki:monobook.css, then use it consistently. What do you think? ::I'm all for style. I wanted a real typeface for the critera list rather than the typewriter font that it was coming out as. So just point me to the style book and I'll follow.

:::I think the way you did it in the div box looks good. I was thinking of adding a CSS style for the election model notation, but if you beat me to it, I won't complain. You could just play with putting the election models in div boxes, or use your personal stylesheet: User:Wegerje/monobook.css to play with it until it's ready to be copied. :::: I'll need to learn a new skill, eh!
::::: After hours of web tutorials and trial and error I now know more about CSS than is safe for me to know. A little knowledge is a dangerous ... Wegerje 23:49, 19 Mar 2005 (PST)

::As for criterion/criteria. Ok, I looked up "Generalized Condorcet criterion" on google and it appears to be common usage. It struck me strangely, but that's my lack of education. Wegerje 09:29, 17 Mar 2005 (PST)

:::Aah, I didn't understand that you were talking about criterion vs. criteria. I guess we should set up redirects so that people searching for "criteria' will find it. I'll look at that stuff tomorrow. DanKeshet 22:04, 17 Mar 2005 (PST)

::::No not that, although that may be an issue in itself. I didn't realize that people actually called something the "Generalized Condorcet ciriterion" or the "Montonicity criterion". I didn't realize that "criterion" was a part of the name and that people used it in common reference. My Bad, as bloggers say.
