Top Mutual Majority and Bottom Mutual Majority

"If there is a majority of voters for which it is true that they all rank a set of candidates above all others, then one of these candidates must win."

Wouldn't it be better to call Mutual Majority "Top Mutual Majority"? because there is also a Bottom Mutual Majority:

"If there is a majority of voters for which it is true that they all rank a set of candidates below all others, then none of these candidates must win."
