This is reviving a conversation from the dead. As an editor (and [[Project:Administrator|administrator]]) for [[electowiki]], I ''fully'' agree with this criterion. I'd like to rename the page to be consistent with [[English Wikipedia]]'s rules, though (rename to "[[Public acceptability criterion]]").
