Talk:Voting

It will take a while to create this thing. Probably weeks. Input is solicited and appreciated.

So far there is no ineterst. That is not surprising. I will make contibutions as and when I feel inclined to do so but it is in a wiki so that I am NOT the author. I need to stay out of it an let other people do what they will. They can define different mechanisms or add new ones as they may please. They can throw my stuff away and start over.
