Since other people on [[electowiki]] had contributed to this page, and since the page has been on electowiki for a while, I'm very hesitant to allow deletion of the page. : It was my idea. I found out that it's not proportional in case - x: 5A5B0C, x: 5A0B5C, x: 0A5B5C. The candidates would get larger score than if they got maximum score from all voters. Virtually every other method passes that case. Since this method didn't seem to become popular, this option doesn't seem like a great choice.
