Chiastic Score Voting

From electowiki

Andy's chiastic score method, or Chiastic Score Voting is a cardinal voting method that shares the strategy-resistant characteristics of majority judgement. Voters give each candidate a rating on a scale. The original proposal suggested a range from 0 to 100. The final score for each candidate is the highest in which x percent of voters gave that candidate at least x percent of the maximum allowed rating.[1]

The name is due to Forest Simmons.[2]
