Rob LeGrand

Rob LeGrand is a retired professor of computer science, most recently at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.  His research is primarily in artificial intelligence, especially computational social choice, algorithmic game theory, multi-agent systems and machine learning.  He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Texas A&M University and earned his Ph.D. in computer science from Washington University in St. Louis with a dissertation on approval voting and Declared-Strategy Voting.[1]
