: Hi there [[User:MarkusSchulze]]), I'm not exactly sure what you mean by whole-votes-equal-ranking but assuming we're on the same page it is very similar to IRV besides the fact that in order for candidates to receive new votes all candidates scored better than them must be eliminated and while receiving their vote all candidates scored the same also a receive a vote. The requirement for a winner also isn't to achieve a majority of the votes but instead have the most votes once there's only two candidates left, It also uses a ballot that I personally believe better represents a voters beleif and if done right is very simple to interpret and can easily be adapted to other systems if reforms must happen. The multi winner system atributed to it is also more simular to proportional approval systems then proportional IRV systems.
