The proof I have here is up for debate - the [Twitter discussion] was getting out of hand because Twitter is not a good place to discuss things like this

If my proof is wrong, I'm good with deleting the page; I'm confident however that it is correct because of the preservation of winning candidates, i.e. first running a classic IRV to find the winner & locking that candidate (along with the condorcet winner)
