The Center for Election Science has maintained a public Discourse server since 2018, which they plan to start shutting down in July 2020.[1] The "Election Theory" topic on the forum was the most active in early 2020.
Future
Now that https://forum.electionscience.org is shutting down[2], this might cause a spike in activity on the EM-list. As of June 2020, this is still under discussion.[3]
