Online forums benefit greatly from a "code of conduct" to spell out rules for acceptable behavior to achieve the goals of the forum. Some online forums are for recreation (e.g. Facebook walls) and some are intended to be productive (like electowiki)
The "Bill of Responsibilities" is a generic "Code of Conduct" framework. As of 2020-04-15, it's mainly exists in [[User:RobLa|Rob Lanphier]]'s head, but it's slowly starting to take shape on this wiki. But [[User:RobLa]] is starting to make something useful. He sees this as a framework that he hopes to use to update the [[Electowiki:Code of Conduct|Code of Conduct]] for this wiki, on the [[Election-methods mailing list]], and even on his Facebook wall (at https://www.facebook.com/robla)
