Move to User:Toby/COWPEA

I'd like to suggest we move this page to User:Toby/COWPEA, since it is currently User:Toby's method, and it's not yet clear (to me) if this has had much online discussion. Thoughts? -- RobLa (talk) 06:21, 20 October 2021 (UTC)

It has been discussed in the past on both iterations of the CES forum (for the first time about five years ago), although it went without a name so searching is more difficult. However, I have now added a couple of links to the article. I see it as important because of its criteria compliance. Toby (talk) 08:45, 20 October 2021 (UTC)
