Appearance
The article says that MJ passes the mutual majority criterion, but then also says it fails the regular majority criterion. Either it must be talking about some other mutual majority criterion (my guess is that it may mean a mutual majority will win if they perfectly score all of their preferred candidates and don't perfectly score anyone else), or it does satisfy majority.
