Public discussion of RPAV?

@Araucaria:: could you provide a link to the first public discussion of this (or at least a peer-reviewed paper describing this method)? It's hard to assume this is a notable method in the election-methods research community without seeing public discussion about the method. -- RobLa (talk) 21:16, 17 May 2023 (UTC)
