I was reading through your general welcome, and came across this sentence, which I don't know what to make of. "Though our policy is not 100% neutral (due to our explicit editorial slant), we ''hard'' to create articles that are worthy of being copied over to English Wikipedia. We err on the side of neutrality." (Emphasis mine.) Perhaps "work hard"?

I've probably read the letter hundreds of times by now (making changes through the years and trying to clean things up), but I seem to have glossed right over that line for a while.
