The Board of Alderpersons of the City of St. Louis is basically the city council of St. Louis, Missouri. In 2022, they changed their name from the "Board of Aldermen" to the "Board of Alderpersons", right around the time several members of the old "Board of Aldermen" were being imprisoned for fraud.[1]
