(The "Vector" skin was released to English Wikipedia in 2010, as a modest incremental change to the old "Monobook" skin. It seems the "Vector legacy" skin should be sticking around until at least January 2023, since I can't imagine most MediaWiki-based wikis rushing out and changing to "Help:Vector 2022" anytime soon (despite the similarity in naming).)
