{{ping|Philpope}}: based on [[User:Kristomun]]'s comment, it would seem that your new article ("[[Expanding Approvals Rule]]") should be merged with the "[[Bucklin Transferable Vote]]" article. Based on my cursory investigation (trying to map electowiki articles to [[English Wikipedia]] articles), it would seem that merging with "[[Proportionality for Solid Coalitions]]" may be appropriate. If I were feeling reckless, I'd just perform a sloppy merge of all three articles (and I may just do that).
