Template:Fauxheader
This is a template to add a "fauxheader" to a User-space wiki page. It's designed to look like an old-school email header, but the "from
" field should be the original author of the page. It's derived from "User:RobLa/fauxheader", which was where User:RobLa experimented with the template (and uses on several pages like User:RobLa, User:RobLa/Welcome, and User:RobLa/Journal).
The date header is pretty free form right now, but works with the old "~~~~~
" trick works as of 2020-06-04.
Examples
Example 1
{{User:RobLa/fauxheader|from=Rob Lanphier ([[User:RobLa]])|date=~~~~~}}
Result 1
From: Rob Lanphier (User:RobLa) Date: 01:34, 28 May 2020 (UTC) Updated: {{{updated}}}
