Welcome, Acadia! I composed a welcome message for you over at User:RobLa/Welcome. Well, not literally for you, since you hadn't signed up when I composed that form-letter welcome message, but most of what I said a few days ago still applies. But it looks like you read a lot of the starter material already, so thank you! I may do a lot of editing to Approval Scored Voting (ApSV) or any other articles you add electowiki. Please don't take offense!
