Welcome, User:WJVaughn3! Thank you for your first contribution on electowiki. I'd be lying if I said I knew what you were describing when you say "Proportional approval voting is k-summable with bits, where k is the number of winners." I'm sure I could figure it out, but it seems to me that electowiki should be readable by folks without advanced degrees in mathematics or engineering. Also, that sort of a claim should probably have a citation.
